Today i received FLEXGUARD case with PORON XRD from Patcgworks.
Features:
Extreme Corner Impact Protection Case with Poron Xrd
- Corners are protected by PORON XRD Extreme Impact absorber(USA), which is considered to be the most advanced shock resistant material. Using Flexguard, your device is fully protected!
Soft and Flexible
- Made with soft, flexible and high impact resistant Thermal Poly-Urethane [TPU], which will protect your device thoroughly without any uncovered area!
Better Grip
- Flexguard has rough texture on the side to give you a better grip. Now be worry free from accidental slip!
Large Port Holes
- Fits most high end headphones and 3rd party charging cables.

For me case look perfect. Simple and classy. Grip is perfect. Perfect fit with my Sikai 3d temp.glass. Glass is black edge and look perfect with black case. It look like one piece. I try few cases and i will leave this for use.
Good job Patchworks.

Looks good - I like the textured back. Is the fingerprint scanner / power button still easy enough to press? does it add much bulk?

Interesting, I was looking for cases on Amazon last night and came across this one during the search and it caught my attention. My only question is do you think the phone will survive a corner drop on concrete from pocket height in this case? Don't try it yourself, obviously but just from your observation. One last thing, that yellow rubber in the corners, is that actually extra rubber or just painted corners and if it's extra padding how does it affect the fit of the phone?

Still prefer my Spiegen Style Armor case. It's the only case that allows battery swaps without case removal. It's only drawback is that it's a smooth hard case. I wish it had a rubber coating, but it's no more slipperyer than the phone itself.

I use the same case. I ordered some "egrips" stickers from amazon and placed them in strategic areas to prevent slipping. The case has good grip now and goes in and out of my pocket with ease. Now, if LG would ever send my free 2nd battery then I could actually use the battery swap capability of this case.

For those with the case: it looks grippy but does it slide in and out of your pockets easily? I don't mean by accident. I want it to be easy to slide in and out of my pants/shorts pockets.

That depends on how tight your pants are....lol

Seriously, does it stick to the fabric or not? I ask because when wearing athletic type shorts, and a phone case is sticky, it ends up turning the pocket inside out and everything else that was in the pocket falls out.

I got it a couple of days ago and I can't be happier with my purchase. Loving the quality feel of the rubber case.

I just bought this case as well.I love the fit and look of it.Makes my G5 look great and seems like it will protect my phone. Its very easy to take off but wont come off by accident.great case!
