Revue Web Browser Capabilities

I got a quick question with the web browser.

Do you get full access to the internet? I guess the main thing I am looking for is flash. I stream a lot of sports games on my computer/tablet/phone and not having to hook my computer up to an HDMI to watch a football game that streams from a website with adobe flash would be awesome, having picture in picture so I can watch the game that's on cable at the same time would be even better.

Also, how is the flash video if it does have it? I know when streaming on the webOS side of my tablet, the flash video is choppy and lags. The Android side of my touchpad works just fine, so I want to avoid a webOS-esque experience on the video playing
 
Chrome on the Revue includes Flash 11 baked into it. Most sites are no problem. Hulu still blocks Revue.

So is there a reason why The Daily Show tells me I need to install the flash plugin when I'm using the Chrome Browser?
