Rezound + Chomp SMS (Notification light)

So, I downloaded Chomp SMS. I went into the stock messaging app, turned off notifacations for that. What's happening sometimes though is even after I view the text, the green notification light is still blinking.. I'll go into the stock messaging app and check the messages just to be sure, and it still blinks.. Usually lasts until I recieve a new text.. Any ideas?

It's a bug. It happens with email, SMS, MMS, and everything else that lights the notification light. The next notification always knocks it out but it is kind of annoying.
