Rezound not charging correctly

It charges, as long as you set the charger in JUST right and don't move it at all. The phone isn't under warranty. Anyone have/know of a fix or tutorial to fix a loose charge port?

The phone carries a one year manufacturer warranty. Call CSS they should replace it for you

Try a different USB cable. I have one cable at my house that is picky with my phone, all others are fine.
 
I know. Bought it used though, so all warranties are off.

So far it does it two different cables, and three cables won't charge it at all.

Verizon doesn't know that. I would bet you a thanks that if you dialed *611 and told them the port was out they would overnight you on for tuesday

Well, you were correct in all except they're 2 day-ing it instead of overnighting, haha. But my new refurb Rezound will arrive Weds. Thanks much, dude that's awesome, and I never would've tried.
