Rezound stock music app question

I was wondering what you think of the stock music app. On the Droid one, it really sucked, I ended up using Doubletwist as the stock app did not organize the songs correctly to match the album list. IS it easy to add albums and organize playlists and so on? Can it sync to your computer to update its library?
