Rezound will not update

Told a friend at work or phone was available for update. When she tries to update it, it starts to say checking them just turns off. We've restarted the phone and everything. What else is there to do.

Probably just wait. I doubt everyone is gonna be able to get it right away. My wife's Razr took a week after the update started to get it.
