I didn't see the YouTube video but if you've owned one before like on the S9 or Note 9 it feels about the same to me. I know that the button stiffness was always a thing so thats there.

I know they improved the button issue as they sent me a free one + shipping to replace the one I had for my s8 but the one for my N9 still had button stiffness and didn't improve with usage !

This is what's putting me off buying one for my N10+.
