Rich call display

Since the last update. There is rich call and notification. How do we get to one if we see we have one?
And how to turn this off and not use it?

ATT here. I receive this notification on calls, as well. Want to turn the darn thing off because it does nothing but popup on a call. Nothing else. Don't see where to do that.

also AT&T here, but never see that. perhaps it's because I'm unlocked and you guys are carrier-branded?

Same here, unlocked on AT&T with a Flip 3 and don't see that.

Check in settings>connection>more connections settings>advanced calling and texting is on ?

Don't have the Advanced Calling setting item under More Connection Settings. ATT S22 with latest updates. Not unlocked.

Also if shows up in notification panel long press it there see what the options or swipe it to the right see if goes away

There is a menu item in phone setting and when selected it goes to a sub menu for it but there is nothing to select.

It does show in notification panel. I swipe to clear it but it reappears on next call. Next time I will try a long press.

Hmm makes think it's on through carrier side I wonder if you can turn 4g and 5g if it shows
