Is it one or the other? I have this one. It's more flat than the Pop Socket I had on the S7.
I would like to buy the Samsung stand charger. Does anyone use one of these and have tried the charging stand? The actual ring folds flat

I'd ask the seller. If they confirm it'll work then you're covered. If the community confirms and it doesn't then you have no recourse.

Looks cool though. I'm following this thread.

Honestly never seen this... will check it out though.

Edit: Did some research on a few different ones and the Pop socket car mount had a lot of bad reviews and some good ones. Stated they fell off alot and didn't charge wireless well due to the thickness. I ended up ordering the Baseus desktop 360 ring for 5$ on Ebay- folds down and is only 3mm. Claims to wireless charge(as long as you don't have a huge case like Otterbox defender) I'll update when received...

I started seeing them shortly after the Pop Sockets. I've had both and the ring is much better imo. I searched the one you bought on ebay. Yours is 3mm but the one like I have looks to be 8mm. I like that yours folds more flat. Might have to order one and WILL if I find out they are compatible with the Samsung Wireless Stand Charger. I have the Spigen Ultra Hybrid case. Just 1/2 step above minimalist ;)

I don't think it will work on the wireless charger with anything on the back of the phone, especially metal.

Any metal over the charging coils will block wireless charging....

It's made of zinc alloy which allows for wireless charging.

"This cell phone ring's material is zinc alloy that does not affect the wireless charging and phone signal. We know that the wireless charging technology is through electromagnetic induction to achieve, so the material will not affect. Magnetic things would affect, but this cell phone ring is not magnetic."

The only thing that may effect wireless charging is if it's to big where the phone sits to high of the pad...
