Ring tone and lock screen

I have a DROID Razr Maxx and when I get a call, my phone only rings once when I get a call. It doesn't go straight to voicemail - it still shows that it is waiting for me to connect or discard the call. How do I get my phone to ring more than once, or continue to ring until voicemail picks up?

Perhaps the problem is with your ringtone? Try to change a ringtone and see if that works.
