Ringer and Notification sounds got extremely loud

So today off the random, my notifications and ringer are so loud and its distorting on the speaker on my phone. It was not like that before and I am not sure what is causing it. Now anything I play sounds distorted on my speaker unless I put the volume down, but it never used to be like that before...anyone have any idea why it randomly just did this? And how do I get it back to normal??

Could it be some app?
