Ringer automatically switched on after phone call

Hi, my name is Daniel and this is my first post. I own an HTC EVO and this is my first android device. I owned a Palm Pre prior to this. I have been having a problem with my phone lately and have no clue on how to fix it. My ringer is set on vibrate most of the time, however, the ringer automatically turns on after I end a phone call. Sometimes I forget to switch it back to vibrate and the ringer goes off when a text message come in. Is there anyway to fix this? Could it be a problem with one of the apps I use? The app I use for text messaging ringer is Shuffle Tone. Please advise. Any help is welcome!
