Ringer Off

How do u turn the ringer off? All I can manage to do is put it down on vibrate.

Push down volume button till it vibrates, then push it down again

Drag down the notification bar and tap on the sound icon until it says "silent".

You must not behave a v10, because that's not how it works on this phone.

I believe that you have to go into settings / sound and vibration and turn the vibration all the way down. I can't get it to toggle either which is not very useful for quick use.
