Ringtones not working

Got me an X last week and retired my Dinc.
Copied over my notifications and Ringtones file but even though I set my ringtone in the Sound setting and specific ringtones for some contacts, I get the voice tone "Call from XXXX, Call from XXX.

What's up with that?????
