Roll back from 4.3 to 4.12

Hi there, Rogers GS3 upgrade to 4.3 is draining my battery and have other issues, so is there a way to roll back to jelly bean 4.12. Have unrooted GS3 with Rogers.Thanks.

The short answer is No.

There is a new update that's starting to push out to some carriers - hopefully it makes it to yours sooner rather than later.
