Some people have had trouble after installing custom launchers, but after a reboot/battery pull it seems to stabilize. Overall this ROM is looking pretty good.

kernel:
Switched to BFQ scheduler.
Tweaks to the default Conservative governor. Scales up sooner to avoid hangups and scales down sooner to save battery
Added the Voodoo Color option
Fixed root issues finally, if you experience them you still have the JoeyKrim exploit installed.
Undervolted 50 more mV across the board, battery life on this beast is amazing
Added Superuser Permissions app (thanks for the help, Skeeterslint)
adbd now runs as root by default. That means "adb shell" drops you straight to # instead of $
EXT3/EXT4 FS support included in kernel. Do with it what you will.
Changed to a different floating point emulation method that *may* yield better performance
NEON support in the kernel

Update:
#TeamBoss has squished the bugs in the non touch version of the rom, including the black screen of death. To fix the tethering problems you must download and install them manually.

FYI - the dev still considers this ROM v.02

That's unfortunate. Well since every ROM on XDA is required to have a General Public License, if anyone downloaded v.04 before it was taken down please let me know and I will host it and put a link in the first post.
