ROM manager and froyo 2.2 rooted

I am rooted on froyo. I am trying to use rom manager and it keeps giving me error saying that it can not complete the action. Am I doing something wrong or us rom manager not compatable with froyo?

What are you trying to do and what root method did you use? Did it request super user permission?

Yes it did ask for super user permissions. How do I check to see if I have nand unlocked.

What method did you use to root? If you used unrevoked 3 NAND probably isn't fully unlocked. If you used unrevoked forever I would check their page and see if it did because I'm not that famliiar with that process.

If you used simple root you have NAND unlocked. If you used the method in the sticky to root 2.2 then you have NAND unlocked.

I don't know why you'd be having problems. Did you try rebooting the phone? And maybe uninstall ROM manager then reinstall it.

Everything went the way it was supposed to when you rooted, right? I had root before 2.2 so I'm not too familiar with the root method for 2.2.

it went ok till i went to use easy root. so i may have to reroot my phone. The errors I was getting when opening simple root are now gone. So i think I should have restarted my phone before I got 2.2
