Disclaimer: This is my first android phone. I am completely new to android and I have had it for only a few days. Therefore please feel free to correct me/ inform me of my idiocy as necessary.

So I recently purchased the pro version of Titanium Backup, set it up to run scheduled backups of all my apps and data and this data is being synced to my personal cloud via drobox and sugarsync.

However I discovered that this isn't really a true backup in the case that I were to modify my kernel or screw up my ROM in some way that I would want to completely restore it. After some research it seems that nandroid backups via ROM manager from ClockworkMod are the best way to make a full backup of the phone. Unfortunately when I downloaded the Rom Manager app and glanced at the list of ROMs I did not see the LG Marquee. I'm not too familiar with LG and their line of android phones. But I picked up from the rooting thread that this phone is very similar internally to previous LG phones. Would one of these be an acceptable choice of ROM? Is there some other way I should go about making a backup? I would really like to make a true backup before I start messing around with custom roms/kernels.

Thanks

The options given for LG phones are.

LG/T-Mobile G2X
LGE Ally
LGE Black
LGE Optimus 2X
LGE Optimus 3D
LGE Optimus One
LGE Optimus V

EDIT: I am an idiot, there is already a topic on this. I don't know if I can close this but if not a mod can go ahead and do so.
