Rom manager problem

it seems like everytime i try to download cm mod from rom manager with the google apps checked i get an error saying the file is corrupt. is there any one else out there having the same problems? if not does anyone know of a fix? thanks in advanced

cm6+ gapps
Download the 2 files and have them on the root of your sd card then go to recovery and flash the rom then gapps
