Rom Question

hello all
i have a simple question.
what would be the best rom to give the best battery life on a heavy usage evo?

i have flash mostly all the rom and i end up with the same result.
I have stop using cm6 nightly and stable rom b/c when ever i use them i end up calling sprint because my roaming does not work (after a few days of using cm6)

i am currently using fresh rom and its nice and decent.

can any one please tell me what is the best rom for good battery life. i don't want over clocking all i want is longer battery life.

I don't know about others but I got some pretty good battery life with Baked Snack. One day I got 16 plus hours and that was with heavy usage and no task killer.

Myn RSL - 2 Is suppose to be a heavy hitter once released... Keep an eye out for that...

He has some App or Mod IDK what it is but it kicked some people who were at about 5 hr usage to about 20 - 22 hrs...

I second Baked Snack 1.8. Its slick and one of the best ROMs I've used when it comes to battery.

ROMs: baked snack and evio
kernel (which plays a more important part in battery life): kings #9 bfs > kings #6 bfs > baked #6 (which comes with bs 1.8)

so this is what i can pic up with the post.
- Myn’s Warm TwoPointTwo - i have use it, its nice but my battery life sucks................hope that the new update will have a better battery life.

- baked snack - i have use it but it had glitch (when it first came out) ill try that one again today..

- Evio - never heard of it so i will look for it after the test run of Baked....

and about the kernel i have tried Kings #9 BFS Kernel with myn rom and i got bad battery and evo heating up.

so what should i do about the kernels (i was hopping to have a good rom that save battery and then flash a kernel to save even more battery )

Try Kings BFS8. It'll work flawless. Of the most recent Kings BFS kernels 8 is really the only one where nobody had an issue. 9 is hit or miss and 10 is just an absolute disaster. The kernel has more of an affect on battery like than the rom (that's if everything is ok with the rom itself) So if you liked Myn's, flash Kings BFS8 and you should be good to go

Yeah, ROM's make a difference... But I think kernels make an even larger impact on your battery life. I'm using King's 9 BFS with Myn's and I'm getting stellar battery life.

Yet with the stock kernel on Myn's my battery life is laughable.
