ROM questions

Hey guys, I recently just installed 4.3, and rooted using the Wugfresh toolkit. No complaints but I have been hearing and reading great things about CM10.1

Now I know CM10.2 will be out soon but I was wondering if I install 10.1 now will I have to wipe to upgrade or can I do it without losing all my stuff? If I have to wipe I may as well wait a little longer before making the jump.

Also was curious if there is somewhere that compares features and customizations among different roms (including stock) to help decide what the best rom for me is (carbon, paranoid, cm etc)

I've had success dirty flashing newer versions of the same rom. That said, not on a Nexus 4. YMMV

CM 10.1 is based off of 4.2.2 and CM 10.2 is based off of 4.3, so I wouldn't consider those the same rom. I would recommend wiping and I would be surprised if the dev didn't also.

So better off waiting than. Any suggestions where I can find the feature comparisons between different roms?
