ROM without ad blocking

I currently run ACE, and want to try a different stable ROM (I tried Thunderhawk a while back and was constantly getting reboots). At the same time I would like one that does NOT block ads. Does anyone know of a good one that meets my needs?

You can achieve this with any ROM. Once you get on a ROM you prefer, just download Adblocker from the Market and select Revert. That should replace whatever baked in custom host file is in place that eliminates 99% of the ads with a normal host file that allows ads.

ACE was definitely my fav ROM for a long time. It was the first ROM I flashed that I ran for a significant amount of time.

As for your current options, if you like ACE, I recommend the EL30 version of CleanGB. It's pretty-much as bug-free as you can get, and close to stock Touchwiz, so you'll be familiar with it. If you don't want too much change, stick to the BML version, if you plan on getting more into flashing ROMs, MTD is the future, so flash that version. Good luck!
