root android desire 2.2 failure?

hi there

I think I have a partially rooted phone. I used the unrevoked method and all seemed to be fine until the extraction of "unrevoked-forever.zip" at the end of which I received a failure notice. Now I do not know what I have - the phone is not bricked - works fine and I have the "clockwork mod" installed. I would like to start over - bring my desire back to "stock" and then attenpt a re-root.

Any help would be apprciated!

I'd suggest asking in the forum dedicated to your brand and model, and carrier if applicable, rather than this general one..

Suggest you try googleing for a app that roots your phone model, but usually z4root would root most phones. Oh you should also check what Android systems your using I thing z4root don't work with android 4.x
