Root Note 3 SM-N9005 without messing with KNOX ?

I bought this phone without warranty as it was not officially launched in my region so i have to pay for any repairing problems from my pocket so warranty violation is not an issue for me. I don't know much about KNOX, does knox only tell samsung about warranty violation with its counter or it can stop me using my phone?.
I have Galaxy Note 3 SM-N9005 with preinstall Kitkat.



i don't care for warranty, i want to get rid of bloatware and want to get more control via root, i don't want to mess with KNOX, i don't want to mess with any app which help system to run properly and i don't want to lose cool feature like Air-gestures etc. I just want safe root.
I do not touch KNOX app ever, i do not care for warranty but i do care for system and features.

1) There's no Knox app in the phone, there's a stub for the Knox app to connect to.

2) Since the kernel is October 2014, Towel root won't root it. Kingo might. Or look for information on XDA Forums. (Once you're rooted, you can uninstall the Knox stubs - they're bloat.)
