Please help me fix it i love my zte warp

I would appreciate some help too. My ZTE svcreen went black after 4 months. I can hear texts and rings but cannot access any screen functions.
Sometimes looks like it lit up a little but still cannot see anything. Does anybody have any good ideas? Can't access any screen at all so can't do a reset.
