Root Toolkit Restore not working for JellyBean

Wug's Root Toolkit won't restore my data file to JB, anyone know how to restore manually?

This is a blind stab, but because you're on a different os it might be acting up.

Yea Rom manager restore is acting up to. I just do it manually. I'm pretty sure they'll update it soon.

Trying to restore the backup from adb backup but that is from ICS.

It's not really made for JB yet, so I can see why using Wug's in this fashion would be...unfortunately inconsequential .
