root unrevoked3 help 2.3.4

I am trying for the last few hrs to try and root my incredible using unrevoked3. I get it to reboot to hboot then is reboots the I get an error that it losses communication try again. I have searched and can not fine any one that has got it to work PLEASE HELP!!!!
