Going to wait for an easy unroot before I do this one. The other one was reversible via the app. This one does not appear to be.

Well yeah... you can do that. I'm looking for a quick/dirty way to flip between root/non-root to allow ISIS to continue to work.

Yeah, I'm in the same boat. My main goal is to eliminate the Wireless Charging sound, but I'd like ISIS to work.

while i do enjoy custom ROMs, i really dont see myself using one in the near future. yeah, it would be nice to have some of its features but usually they come with headaches/bugs that im not ready to deal with on this phone, yet. root access is all i am interested in at the moment.

is this a permanent root?

from the looks of it, you have to reboot into recovery everytime you want to write... is this correct?

also does it factory wipe?

however, the developer actually responded and said that you have to flash the stock firmware to get unroot. anyone know how to do that?
