Hey guys, I have a Droid Incredible and rooted it using Unrevoked's Tools and also have busybox installed from the market. I went ahead and tested that both were done correctly using Root Check App. Now, Im using Astro to try and remove some of the stock bloat on my phone but it comes up saying unsuccessfully uninstalled. Does that mean im not rooted or just that Astro cant removed stock apps? any ideas?

I'd make a nandriod backup before deleting anything. Take that backup and keep it somewhere safe like on your computer and make sure you know which backup it is...it won't do you any good if you can't find it again. Then get Titanium Backup and do another backup of your apps. Only then would I delete anything. I deleted a lot of bloat before going to a custom ROM using Titanium. It has a delete feature. If you just want to remove the VZ navigator and Skype and the like you could try Virtuous ROM. It's like standard Froyo without the garbage and with some nice tweaks.

FREE WAY:
Get Super Manager.

Open app>file explorer>go to top level of directory>sys>app>check the ones you don't want>click the recycling bin icon.

PAID WAY:
Get titanium back up pro>backup/restore>select apps>freeze.
