Rooted but supersu says not rooted

Hello ,

I have rooted my redmi note 4 long ago and installed the lineage os but now I want to install the pixel experience rom and to do that I need to enter the twrp
1.my PC(CMD > fastboot devices) isn't recognizing my phone when I connect it in fastboot mode
2.flashify app says my phone isn't rooted

How do I enter twrp ? Plz help

You rooted the Redmi OS that was on the phone. Now you changed to LineageOS, which doesn't come rooted. Check their site for LineageOS rooting instructions.

For TWRP, the instructions for the Note 4 are at the TWRP site.
