rooted droid x help?????? PLZ!!!

i rooted my droid x and now for some reason i cant install new roms? it acts like its gunna but it just shuts the phone off then turns it back on? i have tryed everything that i can think of! i went in and tryed doing it maunally nothing is working any help would be great thanks! :'(

Are you using bootstrap or ROM manager?

You will need to provide more details of exactly the steps you are taking. What method are you using to install the new ROM? What ROM are you trying to install? Did you make a nandroid backup? <-- Please say you did

Without boostrapper... you can't do anything. DL it asap. You can get it in the market for a price. Or you can go to rootzwiki.com

Bootstrapper is $2 and that will do it. Had the same problem with rom manager and you have to bootstrap recovery then you can install. gl

Yeah without bootstrapper your pretty much screwed i had the same problem but all is better now and am running rubIX FOcused 1.9.5

moto has a locked bootloader, so you have to have it. in the market it is called droid x bootstrapp, worth $2 especially to support the guys that make it all possible...
