Rooted Nexus...now what?

Just rooted my Galaxy Nexus...now what can I do? I am very new to this whole rooting thing. Just wanted to know what I can do with it and where i can look?

I'd try installing a ROM. There are many to choose from. Codename Android is solid and fast. Here's where you should start to get a step by step set of instructions:

Download rom manager from the market! You'll need it

Make a backup. First. Now. In Clockwork recovery. Always keep it as your stock backup.
