Rooted &?or locked Verizon Galaxy S5

I currantly have a contract phone through Verizon, I need to know if it is rooted and or locked. Also if I can use it on prepaid verizon network? Also am I able to root and unlock the phone and it still functio?

Yes. You can.. No effect will happen in your network carrier.

But be aware it'll void your Knox warranty..
