Just want to thank you for all the great posts I've been able to read up till now. I'm definitely a noob on my newly rooted TB. I've been busy educating myself furiously so I can hopefully ask relatively well thought out and descriptive questions if need be.
I know I'll make some of you laugh when I tell you that I rooted about a month ago using the revolutionary method - wow that was easy - and I thought I was all set
Well, Vz just sent the first ota update I've gotten since rooting; the day I'm leaving for our holiday trip; no time to research; oh the horror. I stumble on the fact that I'm booting into cwr, so I freak out that I have some file corruption or the like and restore from backup, and yes, my backup was from after I rooted 
Anyway...just getting ready to flash my first rooted stock rom and new radios. Kinda freakin about losing my data and premium apps, but I know I just need to keep reading before I jump.
