rooting 4.3?

I'm rooted unlocked and on twrp. So ifI relock and ruu back to stock, do the ota to 4.3; will I be able to unlock the new boot loader version and root 4.3? I thought someone said the wasn't a way to unlock the new boot loader? Yes? No?

Since you're already rooted just download a 4.3 rom compatible with your version of the htc one. No need to remove root, update and root again.

If you unroot and take the new update, you may not be able to root again. The new update may have the exploits patched.

Just do what dragon said. Wait for a rooted version of 4.3 and flash that when it's available.

Thanks for your replies, I would like to stay on the stock 4.3 with root. If I returned to stock via RUU updated OTA to 4.3, would this method by Qbking77 work? This is the video I followed to root and unlock 4.1.
