Rooting Alcatel Fierce 4, want to get rid of File Manager that suddenly showed up

Not quite sure just where this "File Manager" suddenly came from.....

It just suddenly appeared one day, & I can neither dismiss nor swipe left or right, nor delete, or uninstall....
I tried & it just comes back & phone won't let me install Rooting app....UGH!!!
