Rooting Issues

Hello, I rooted the Thunderbolt before but returned it back to stock but now with ICS out there I want to give it another go but running into problems.

I've read all the stickys and links but something is odd.

I used revolutionary and if I power up with holding the volume key down it does show S-Off.
I'm at the step to install SuperUser

I power off the phone
Hold the power button and the down arrow
It boots into HBOOT and says S-Off at the top

Here is where I would go to the recovery option to load the Superuser file but I can't toggle down to get to recovery. It starts to auto-boot into an image and go from there.

Ideas?

Nevermind...I still had copies of the Radios on the root of the device so it was going into that.
