Rooting LS670ZV9

I just got a new Optimus and have software version LS670ZV9 on it. I've been trying to the check for a software update but it keeps saying I have the latest software.

And for some strange reason I cant find a rooting guide for ZV9.

Can some please help a noob?

Use z4root.apk. There is reference to it in the ZVH rooting thread.

Can I uninstall z4Root after rooting? or will that break the root?

And does that install SU as well? or that's a separate download from the market?

It installs su. You can remove it afterwards, but you might as well leave it there in case you want to remove root, it automates it for you.
