You will still get updates but they will fail unless you unfreeze the apps

I rooted my droid 3 with the oneclickmethod and checked it with the "root checker" it says that superuser and busybox are installed correctly. However, I tried using titanium backup to freeze my apps nut it says I am rooted. Please help!
