rooting thunderbolt

Hello I recently root my thunderbolt using the Revolutionary website and everything went perfect. The next day I was unable to download any of my apps for the market so I restarted my phone and it got stuck on the thunderbolt logo. I had to do a factory reset. I tried to root it once again but now it just says "waiting on device". Can anyone tell me why it won't notice my device now? please help! I call verizon because this is my third thunderbolt and now that I reset it I cant get anything but 1x so they are sending my a droid charger but i def dont know how to root that one. please help!!!
