Rooting using Unrevoked for Windows ?'s

I can't seem to get unrevoked to recognize my phone. I am trying to use unrevoked for Windows, I downloaded the Hboot and ran all of the steps to install that, but when I run unrevoked I keep getting "Waiting for Device." I have usb debugging checked, so that's not the problem.

Any ideas?

Did you turn on USB Debugging?
Did you uninstall HTC SYNC on you pc?
Did you mount the droid in CHARGE ONLY mode?

Your problem may be that you have HTC software on your computer. Uninstall it.

Make sure the USB drivers are installed correctly

USB drivers were installed as directed by unrevoked, and I deleted HTC sync and drivers before I tried running the program. I do have Vista, so maybe that's what's hurting me. Still can't get it though. I'll check out the video.
