rooting

OK,

I finally think I have made the decision to root my LTE Xoom and put ICS on it. I Have been waiting and waiting for the stock, but I do not see that coming in the near future, plus I think most of the apps that I use have not been upgraded to work with ICS that it makes it worth it..

SO. My question is this (based on my very limited understanding):

Which Root should I go with? Which one do you like the best? etc? etc? etc?

(again, from my limited understanding, there are choices as to which developer you go with. if this is not correct, give me a big slap up side the head and tell me to go _ _ _ _ myself......lol)

I think the developers come at a later stage when you're actually flashing ROMs. Personally, I'm using EOS (dunno which version) based on 4.0.4 and my Xoom works like a breeze.

Rooting, on the other hand, is a fairly standard procedure. Find one that works, follow it, and you're done!

Seeing as all you seem to want to do is put stock ICS on it, you may want to try find a method that doesn't involved root. Yes, they're out there.
