Rotating screen even with auto on or off

Hi all I've noticed since the update my n20u keeps rotating even if I'm in portrait mode???

I'm looking at a text message and the screen rotates but won't rotate back untill I've restart the phone and it's ok for a hour or so and does it again so annoying X's ,

The other annoying thing is once it's rotates I can't look at landscape pictures in my photos

Please help

Hi I don't know it happens randomly it will just rotate without warning?
How do I get it in safe mode plz but once I restart the phone it won't happen again for a bit then just do it again but it's only done it 9nce one ui 5

Long press the portrait icon in your pull down notification panel see if u have all these options toggle on

Try enabling all of them

Sorry be unable to get on line it happened again randomly I restart and it does go away again for a bit.
Not sure why it's doing it X

This appears to be related to mine not rotating in Gallery for which I have yet to find a solution.
