routine cache wipe

you know how you can wipe the cache and people say it speeds things up...
do you do this regularly???
can I find a homepage icon link to do this with 1 clik instead of the longer way...on/vol up 3 seconds etc..

I do this occasionally, but not on a set schedule. As for a 1 click method, I don't think there is one.

I do this once a week. It keeps the tablet running with out the hiccups that I had been getting before I started my schedule of wiping the cache.
