RS988 Verizon Sim Card Question

Just got a brand new LG G5 RS988 from B & H, now I need a Verizon sim card for it. (the G5 is replacing a Verizon flip phone, which I imagine has no sim in it).

Is there any advantage to ordering a sim from Verizon's website over getting one at my local Verizon corporate shop?
Might one or the other have more bloatware (although I assume bloatware has nothing to do with the sim card)?

I'd go to your local Verizon store, just so that you have hand-on help in case there are any problems with activating the phone. Bloatware doesn't depend on the SIM card (although the carrier might require you to install certain apps if you want to take advantage of some of their services).
