rsd wont start says cannot flash battery too low , what can i do?

my motorola atrix was rooted and now wont start it says protocol rsd but the it says cannot flash battery to low , i am kind of panicking what can i do to get the phone to start??

try another charged battery,.....but I doubt it would be recognized by your phone.You might have to start saving money for a new phone.
