RSDlite can't find the SBF?

I downloaded and extracted the sbf into a folder but RSDlite can't seem to find it. Anyone else having this problem?

You shouldn't have to extract the file

make sure you also install the motorolla drivers, and boot your phone into download mode, usually power button & volume down at the same time from phone off.
