Rumor: Entry level Note 3 in November?

A few months back there was some talk of multiple serial numbers and screen sizes for the upcoming Note 3. This mostly came from India as I recall where those samples were being tested. Now there's a new rumor of an LCD screened Note 3 with an 8 MP camera to come in November.

Will be interesting to see how this plays out.
