Rumored Software Forum (Is there/should there be one?)

I see a rumored hardware forum (one of my favorites!), but no rumored software forum. Am I missing something? Is there not a clear spot for all those app/OS Update rumors?

I think we talk about rumored OS updates under General Discussion and/or Rumored Devices.

As far as app update rumors, probably best to just use the Applications section.
