Rumor central IE Phone Arena has an article out today about a possible Pixel 5 sized Pixel 6a with the Tensor chip in it!!! Really nothing definite yet, but one can hope. Oh please make it so!

I figured that would happen. I'm curious as to the difference would be between the P6 and the P6a besides the size. Perhaps a back fps for one?

If it has the rear FPS and the P6 camera with the Tensor chip in it, I'd probably sell my P5. It's the rear FPS and form factor as to why I stayed with my P5. If I pick up my wife's P5a, even it feels rather large compared to my P5.

So far, the actual "rumors" in this (and other) articles consist mainly of wish lists of desired features. The only thing mentioned in this article that has some basis is the camera specifications. Everything else comes from the authors' wants.

It's the first article that sparked the rumor to begin with. His has some pretty compelling evidence that ti's in the works. That's why I named the thread "Rumors...." I want the 6a and search daily, for any and all info, or articles on it.

I don't see how a 6a makes sense any more. The regular P6 is $599. What's the point of getting a 6a at $499? So unless the 6a sells for say $399, one might as well just get the P6.

However, it appears that the headphone jack went the way of the micro USB port, SD cards and enclosed chargers. News would be, a new phone being released that has a headphone jack.
